The North Carolina Society of Hispanic Professionals is a professional membership group, made of individuals who are united by a common desire, to see Hispanic students succeed in the classroom so they can succeed in life. Since 1999, the NCSHP has existed to promote the education of Hispanic students at all scholastic levels. Through our educational programs and initiatives, we work to lower the dropout rate of Hispanic students in North Carolina and provide them with access to higher education. We believe that an investment in a Hispanic student is an investment in North Carolina. The students of today are the future leaders of North Carolina. Equipping students with the tools and resources needed to succeed in school is vital.
NCSHP is a growing network of Hispanic professionals in the state of North Carolina who share the same belief in education. Members of the Society are given the chance to participate in something much greater than themselves. They are a part of transforming student’s lives. From the Annual Hispanic Educational Summit to the ¡Gradúate! dropout prevention program to the NC Hispanic Scholarship Fund, The North Carolina Society of Hispanic Professionals is actively impacting thousands of students across the state.
“Being part of an organization like this really allows for people to grow, to network and witness and be a part of something that truly makes a difference in the lives of numerous students.”
